With the Eugenicists having run out of Kaiju, they go their separate ways. Meanwhile, the Dynazenon crew have to find a way to go back to their normal lives, and Gauma has to work out what his role is in a world which no longer needs him.
The Eugenicists unleash a monster that is able to absorb people and transport them back into their own personal histories, forcing our team to relive their past memories and come face-to-face with their ghosts.

The gang track down and capture an immature Kaiju, but Gauma fails to keep his eye on it, leading to an attack on a shopping mall where Chise and Yume are hanging out.
After a confrontation with the newly arrived Gridknight Alliance breaks down, the Dynazenon team must patch up their differences if they’re to stand a chance against the Eugenicists’ Kaiju.
Brooding over his past with Inamoto, Koyomi accidentally allows Dyna Striker to be stolen by the Kaiju Eugenicists
Chise wins a free trip to Tokyo Beach Land and takes the whole team along with her, including Sizumu. Gauma grudgingly agrees as long as he can put his plan to capture the Kaiju Eugenicist into action.
Yomogi is thinking about getting closer to Yume, but he’s distracted by the one-two punch of one of the Kaiju Eugenicists showing up in his class, and a nasty cold that forces him out of action.
The Dynazenon crew manage to persuade Yomogi to commit to battling Kaiju, and sucessfully defeat another of the rampaging monsters. Afterwards, they’re confronted by the Kaiju Eugenicists and doubts about Gauma begin to grow among the other members.
Takemichi Hanagaki is barely scraping by in life when he learns that his middle-school girlfriend has been killed by the rampaging Tokyo Manji Gang. After a near death experience throws him back in time to 2005, he resolves to change the timeline and prevent her death.
