Part 2 of our guide is a bit less grim if only because it contains less actively offensive content than Part 1. Cells at Work! looks like a fun, creative comedy and Planet With gives us an excuse to bring up cult favorite manga The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer. Other that? Meh.
