Recap: The Dorssians put the pressure on and in desperation, ARUS tries to cut its losses and bail with the Valvrave in tow.  Realizing they’ve been screwed, the students band together and declare independence from both ARUS and Dorssia, establishing an independent JIOR state on the grounds of their own school.
