With Konoha learning about Kobeni and Hakuya’s engagement, it’s damage control time. Mashiro plots an ill-fated blackmail scenario while Kobeni wonders if a cover up is even necessary at all.

Konoha has had enough of watching Benio give Mashiro and Kobeni special treatment so she enlists the help of the newspaper club to dig up some dirt on them. As she finds herself more and more in contact with the two girls, it turns out she may be the one keeping secrets.
After learning the truth about the Mitsumine family, Kobeni feels even more confused about her feelings for Hakuya. As Valentine’s Day approaches, she tries to decide how she should give him chocolate.
Mashiro and Hakuya receive word that a visitor from home is coming by to check on them. Kobeni is getting suspicious about Mashiro’s age but she does not have to wait long to discover the truth about their family.
Kobeni becomes physically ill after learning about her past with Hakuya. As she tries to sort out her feelings of guilt, she also realizes how much closer they’ve become.
Benio’s obsession with little sisters continues to rage out of control, but fortunately her vice president is around to keep her in check. Mashiro begins to notice how popular Kobeni is with the boys at school and urges Hakuya to step up his game. Kobeni begins to wonder why Benio is OK with her fiancé and it’s not long before she learns the truth.
Mashiro tries to wrap her brain around Benio as she settles into life at the Yonomori household. She mentions an incident involving Hakuya and Kobeni from when they were children, but Kobeni can’t seem to remember the period of time when they knew each other.
On her sixteenth birthday, Kobeni (not to be confused with konbini) discovers her grandfather arranged for her to be married to a boy she met as a child. Things get awkward quickly when her new fiancé and his precocious little sister move in with Kobeni, her mother, and her obsessive older sister.
Rounding out our GLORIO Winter Anime Guide is the return of Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, as well as a mixed bag of manga adaptations and anime original series that we’ll be checking out.
