Premise

It is the future, global warming has flooded the planet and high temperatures have massively reduced the population of the world. The solution is androids of course. This story follows four androids who don’t have owners and, thus, no regular income which they need to pay the electricity bills to stay operational (read:alive). They figure that if they win some X-Factor type thing and get the prize money that everything will be sorted.

So erm…I feel like I should add a few words at the end just to say that I did enjoy episode 1 generally speaking, but it did a lot of things very quickly. The song they perform at the end of episode 1 is a banger and that’s the opening theme in episode 2 and presumably onwards. I also want to give a shout out to “Neon” who is gender nonconforming as heck and real life goals, although all of these character designs are incredible anyway.
