When Five manages to blow up Sphinx’s hideout and Twelve starts to question his resolve, Lisa feels she’s overstayed her welcome. Meanwhile, Shibazaki uncovers an important lead and starts an investigation of his own.

Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun Episode 8

Kashima is upset because she thinks Hori is ignoring her when in reality he’s just exhausted from splitting time between the manga and the Drama Club. Nozaki’s crew brainstorms ideas to help lighten Hori’s background work while Kashima takes drastic action to make her Senpai notice her.

Terror In Resonance Episode 7

Nine and Twelve continue their airport battle against a seemingly invincible Five. When Shibazaki and co. arrive at the scene and Lisa gets captured, Sphinx find themselves having to work together with their sworn enemy.

Wakamatsu is tired of Seo targeting him at basketball practice and decides to confront her. Unfortunately, he consults Nozaki's manga as a reference for how to approach her. Nozaki falls ill and enlists Chiiyo, Hori, and Wakamatsu to help him make his deadline.

We hit the midpoint of the season and the entire crop of great comedies are still going strong. Locodol finally ends Sabagebu’s header image streak and no matter how frustrated he gets, Gee is still watching Argevollen and Aldnoah.Zero.

Terror In Resonance Episode 5

Nine and Twelve plant a bomb on the subway, but soon come to realize that the police won’t be able to find it in time to evacuate. Unwilling to become mass murderers, they rush to take down the bomb themselves, but someone is getting in their way.

Blue Spring Ride Episode 4 and 5

A late arrival by our main pair puts the group on edge. Their varying personalities start to make them even more at odds with each other. Later, Futaba tries to get everyone to work together to help strengthen their solidarity, but once again their stubbornness gets the best of them.

Love Lab Review

Last year, Love Lab took The Glorio Blog by storm. Initially turned off by its lackluster premise, it quickly endeared many of us with its great production values, strong and endearing characters, and top notch gag comedy. I absolutely fell in love with this show, and was excited to hear it was coming overseas. Unfortunately… its carrier was Sentai Filmworks.

Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun Episode 5

Nozaki’s editor stops by, leading to horror stories about his obnoxious previous editor and a meeting with his neighbor, a fellow manga author. After reviewing Nozaki’s upcoming manuscripts, the editor suggests he learn how to see things from the heroine’s point of view. Naturally, Nozaki takes his advice too far.
