Mysteries around the existence of Sawada Heiji make Hazama question his own sanity. Too bad we’re not left to dwell on that notion for very long, he is very much real.
Recap Hazama starts living an ordinary life as his actions have brought about world peace. While he is being vetted for President of the World, Goto goes back home. There, the biggest mystery in Samurai Flamenco is revealed.
Hazama gets some help from his friends in order to get a one on one showdown with the Prime Minister. Unfortunately for Hazama, the PM is packing some serious gear. Even if Samurai Flamenco defeats this new threat, will the world still be in danger?
Hazama’s world is flipped upside down again …again as a government conspiracy frames him for the From Beyond attacks. As he runs away from the law, he finds a homeless man who was touched by his original efforts as Samurai Flamenco. Elsewhere, Mari comes to terms with what happened in King Torture’s hideout and finally reconciles with the Flamenco Girls.
Hazama’s message brings From Beyond out of hiding, and mass panic ensues. He resolves to fight them at all costs, but will the Flamengers be able to face such an overwhelming force?
Things spiral out of control fast, as From Beyond are shown to be much more dangerous than anyone could have ever imagined.
The Flamengers have slain another of the Four Kings, but Hazama still struggles to keep the team together.

The populace grows tired of the monster’s constant attacks, as does Flamenco Girl. Just as things are falling apart for Hazama, King Torture issues a direct challenge, with the life of Mari hanging in the balance.

Things are quieting down as Samurai Flamenco’s influence starts to affect the town. In the calm, Hazama finds out a troubling secret about his family. Then something completely stupid happens.
Hazama gets busy with work and uses the excuse to break off his partnership with Mari. After some soul searching and a timely letter from grandpa, Hazama renews his will to fight crime in his own way.
Just as Hazama starts to upgrade his fighting skills he gets in over his head, basically resulting in the act 2 plot of Kickass.
A bounty is put on Samurai Flamenco’s Identity. Everyone and their mom thinks it’s Hazama, but instead an old hero comes to steal the spotlight.
Hazama continues his crusade against minor offenses.
