It’s too bad you didn’t like Shiboyugi, I think it’s the best show this season. But it definetley relies on being able to take it seriously and a lot of the premise is very over the top so I get it.
For what it’s worth, the maid outfits are only for that first game/episode. And the main character displays more and more traits of a psycopath/sociopath as the show goes on, she’s not meant to have any sort of moral high ground I think. I actually like what they’re doing with her so far.
Episode 4 was the best yet, it blows anything else I saw this season out of the water.
Yeah I don’t think it’s for me but thanks for recommending it, hopefully my joking tone didn’t come off too harsh. That’s cool it seems to be headed in the right direction, and I can certainly see why people are into it.
Lotta stuff on your list that i wanna watch but haven’t gotten around to yet, but I do wanna recommend You And I Are Polar Opposites, despite the generic title it feels pretty fresh and honest in terms of high school romcoms and it’s one of the few that actually had me interested in the main couple while reading the manga. It’s been kind of my comfort show this season.
Yeah Aqua was pushing me to check it out since he did our written preview, and I did end up watching it. It’s pretty good, we will definitely talk about it on the next episode.
