Satsuki and Ryuko square off again, this time in their opposing kamui.
After barely fending off the battleship class Invasion Object, an injured Sio is sent back to Japan to rest and recover. Not only does she get the chance to catch up with Asao, she also gets to deal with another Invasion Object incursion on the Japanese coast.
Things get even weirder.
Ryuko, enraged by recent revelations, casts aside Senketsu and her allies, vowing to kill Ragyo and Nui now once and for all at Honnouji Academy where they’re waiting for her. When the rest of our heroes discover Satsuki’s survival and her location at the same place, they stage their own mission to rescue her before it’s too late.
DOGOO deduces that the Invasion Objects are using a hidden tunnel under South America to quickly move between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Their suspicions confirmed, the tunnel is guarded by a gigantic Invasion Object. Thus the First and Second Platoons are brought together to bring the beat down, assuming their own lack of team solidarity doesn’t bring them down first.
Things get weird as Egret’s plan begins to fall apart. Asuta witnesses some kind of weird vision. Kate turns into a giant monster. Look I really have no clue whats going on okay.
A month has passed since the traumatic events that occurred at Honnouji Academy. Nudist Beach is in tatters, Satsuki has been imprisoned by Ragyo, and Ryuko refuses to wake up from her coma. With humanity on its last legs, former enemies team up in their final stand against the Life Fibers.
In the first episode, Dandy finds himself on an alien planet where two aliens have been locked in an eternal conflict over underwear vs. vests. Desperate to get the two to the alien registry, he and Meow get caught up in the war.
In the second, Dandy decides to enter the galactic grand prix, determined to show up Prince, the uncontested racing champion.
Recap The Invasion Objects seemingly revive the lost Imperial battleship the Yamato, and make an assault on the Panama Canal, intent on invading the Atlantic. Anime America, being the trigger happy blowhards they are, decide to nuke the hell out of it if DOGOO can’t stop it before it reaches the canal.
Recap The Zvezda crew infiltrate Asuta’s school in an attempt to uncover a supposedly mysterious artifact that will aid anyone who desires to conquer the world.
With Satsuki’s true ambitions revealed, she and Ryuko team up to take on Ragyo and the Life Fibers. Ragyo, who’s body has been fused with Life Fibers, proves to be a difficult opponent.
Recap Instead of the usual cast, we get to see another team in action, this time the focus on the First Platoon, consisting of Geronimo, Cyx, and Gaudi. Tasked with transporting a live specimen to DOGOO headquarters, things go awry after their plane crashes due to the blizzard.
Kate decides that White Robin’s ineptitude makes her a perfect target to learn more of White Light’s operations and sends her minions to find out her identity. Somehow Asuta can’t manage to figure it out that it’s Renge until a super esoteric clue shows up. Realizing his friend is a member of the opposition, he’s conflicted over how to proceed.
As Satsuki and Honnouji Academy gear up for The Cultural and Sports Grand Festival and the true goal behind it is revealed, Ryuko and the remaining members of Nudist Beach steel themselves for the climactic final battle with the Kiryuin family.

DOGOO discovers that the next Invasion Object plans to ride the winds of a hurricane until it makes landfall in the inland of America. Sio along with a couple other E-Gene holders are mobilized to deal with the threat. However, Sio is the only one with a ranged attack, meaning the entire operation’s success comes down to her ability to perform under pressure. Afterwards, she meets some more E-Gene holders part of Jack’s main squad. They’re weird.
On the hunt for an alien that’s been taking down other alien hunters, Dandy tracks it down, finding out it’s just a little girl. Initially in it for the huge reward, he begrudgingly listens to the girl’s request before taking her to the alien registry.
Like last week, we learn a little more about Natasha’s past and how she came to be Kate’s loyal mad scientist/witch/exhibitionist. After the crazy events of the Kansai invasion, Ryuko and Satsuki both learn of the origin of the very conflict that drives each of them.
This week, Kate and her crew decide to wage a war on the insufferable tyranny of habitual smokers in public locations. Things soon escalate into a conflict that encompasses the entire West Udogawa region. Additionally, we learn a bit more about Yasu and Goro’s past before they ended up joining Kate.
