Premise
A vending machine otaku is ironically killed in a accident where he is crushed by a vending machine. He is reincarnated as a vending machine into a fantasy world. Vending machine.

Jel’s verdict: Sorry, you can’t eat potato chips for dinner
Honestly, I can’t think of anything I would have done differently in this episode. They managed to find some fun hooks like forcing the main character to only talk in the canned vending machine phrases, or the fact that he has to keep selling to live. Maybe they could have reduced the amount of video gamey numbers talk that took up the majority of the dialogue, but conceptually this felt like the best they could do.
The problem is, even stretching this paper thin premise to its best version is not enough. Our hero (eventually named “Boxxo”) sells his wares to a medieval fantasy video game character, they go “oh wow, this is good!”, rinse and repeat. It reminded me of Restaurant to Another World or one of those other food based isekai shows which also failed to keep my interest. It’s pleasant enough to watch and there is a certain novelty to your main character being a vending machine with huge anime eyes, but I need more than that to keep watching.
Ultimately, this seems to be a concept that sounds fun on paper, but doesn’t work when you actually try to make it. Unless they can find some other angle I’m missing, I don’t think there’s enough meat here to keep going.

I really liked the first episode, and I’m definitely going to watch the second episode, but I think you’re right. There just isn’t enough going on (unless the story changes a lot) to really carry 12 or more episodes. Maybe if he sells enough Boxxo will get a new, less vending machine like form? Some hands and legs would be good. Even just being able to talk could keep the story going. But as Boxxo is, I don’t think a stationary box that can barely talk is going to keep the story interesting for long.
I was thinking about giving it another episode when I saw the key art has a bear in a coat and hat and also a cowboy, so maybe there’s hope.
