Akio has fond memories of playing Final Fantasy III with his dad as a child. Many years later the two have grown distant, rarely talking to each other even though they live in the same house. With his dad quitting his job and retiring to everyone’s surprise, Akio hatches a plan to get the two on good terms again. Akio will go on adventures with his dad in Final Fantasy XIV, while pretending to be a stranger. Only after beating Twintania together will he reveal who he’s been travelling with.
Sometimes a show manages to find a place in our hearts even when it’s been denied access to the collective consciousness. In the first instalment of our new monthly feature, Zigg, Iro, Aqua, Gee, Euri, and Artemis throw in their two cents on which all-but forgotten anime they still hold dear.
Summer is nearly over and so is the anime season, but our Roundup shows are showing no signs of slowing down. It seems to be business as usual this week including Bahamut which has completely embraced the soap opera-y mess its become. I guess the “Cinderella Step” ending song was supposed to be literal?
Hello, and welcome to All Your Monies, where The Glorio Blog’s resident toy and figure collecting crew (and Iro) will run down the last week’s new pre-orders, turning a loving or scathing all-seeing eye over what’s been put out for you to spend your hard-earned cash on. This week we’ve got Godzilla, and an even more terrifying monster – Fate Grand/Order.
Rage of Bahamut returns from its two week break just in time to drag down what is otherwise a really solid week of Roundup shows. Good thing I “lave” GAMERS! so much, I’d be a lot more mad about it otherwise.
We say welcome (back) to the Ballroom as well as the Quality Trash™ that is Kakegurui after last week’s break, but still no Bahamut this week for better or worse. Meanwhile, Sakura Quest continues to be the best thing going right now.
Shin Michima is a published author with a few books to his name, but his unpopularity has shattered his confidence. He returns home after grocery shopping to discover that five women have been invited to live in his house, by someone unknown, for a million yen in rent per month, per person.

This week we come pretty damn close to an all male lineup!
*crickets*… well this is awkward. Half the Roundup shows are taking the week off, but we still have GAMERS!, Restaurant to Another World, and Sakura Quest to talk about so we’re going to power through it!
Tabito Higurashi runs a small but successful detective agency that specialises in finding lost items. Even though he has lost every sense besides sight, he is helped greatly by his ability to see emotions.
Reg and Riko begin their journey by heading towards the bottom of the Second Layer, where an old outpost awaits them
The Roundup this week is dedicated in loving memory to The Professor from Sakura Quest. Rest well, sir.
We flash back to see how the girls first got together, and how Beatrice proved her worth in the field, then step forward to the daring heist of a new piece of Kingdom technology.
A message comes back from the deepest part of the Abyss from Riko’s mother. Believing she’s still alive, Riko prepares to depart the orphanage accompanied by Reg
We add GAMERS! to the Roundup, another charming show that sounds terrible on paper that I will probably never convince another person to watch. It’s good, I promise!

This week it’s a Nendoroid invasion as they occupy the top four slots. Don’t count out scale figures though, as there are some real beauties fighting back.
As Ruler makes her way to Trifas, one of Yggmillennia’s homunculi escapes confinement.
With first episodes spanning over three weeks, we’re a bit late firing up the Roundup this season. But hey, we’re here now to talk about Welcome to the Ballroom, Restaurant to Another World, Fastest Finger First, and Kakegurui, plus catchup with Sakura Quest and Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul. Let’s do this!
Keita Amano is stunned to discover that the beautiful and popular student council president is an avid gamer. She scouts him for her video game club, and after meeting all the club members Keita must decide if he wants to join.
