Shinobu explains the reason Febri and Janie were created and the girls unravel their creator’s next move. With Mitsuko, and her friends joining the group, they prepare to defend the Science Fair Assembly.

Mikoto dips her toes into the DARKNESS and finds the people that created Febri. While investigating one of their labs, she runs across some familiar faces.

Mikoto discovers Febri’s life is in danger. She must find the people that created her as soon as possible, this time with a little help from her friends.

Febri finally seems to be warming up to Mikoto, but after enjoying a trip to the bath house the girls find themselves in unexpected danger.

As the girls try and figure out where Febri came from, she seems to warm up to everyone except Mikoto. Mikoto tries to win her over, but that just may be playing into the EVIL NERDS’ plan.

Kuroko and Uiharu have their hands full with Judgement duties as preparations are underway for the upcoming Academic Assembly exhibition. The girls find time to celebrate Banri’s release from the hospital, but their encounter with a mysterious little girl may end their short lived peace.

With the end of Summer Vacation coming soon, Mikoto and the girls arrange a study group together.

Accelerator is defeated as Mikoto stands her ground defending 10032. With the Level 6 Project cancelled, she tries to sort out her relationship with her new sisters as well as her feelings for Touma.

Touma confronts Accelerator while Mikoto looks for a way to use the Sisters to help end the fight.

Touma pays a visit to the Tokiwadai dorms and discovers the details of the Level 6 Project. Mikoto has devised one final, desperate plan but Touma is determined to stop her from carrying it out.

Mikoto is out of ideas and begins desperately destroying more facilities. Touma accidentally discovers the brutality of the Level 6 project.

Mikoto investigates Tree Diagram as she tries to devise a new plan to stop the Level 6 Project. Meanwhile, Touma runs into Misaka 10032 and helps her take care of a kitten.

Mugino has cornered an exhausted Mikoto, but a mistake by Frenda may turn the tables on their showdown.

Mikoto’s interrogation of Frenda is interrupted when reinforcements arrive. Shinobu tries to enact her new plan at the other research facility, but she encounters problems of her own.
