I’m surprised you haven’t dropped Sunshine!! yet, haha. But yeah, Sunshine’s writers are playing this way too safely for my liking, and by doing so, they’re hindering the anime from having its own identity. A wasted opportunity, really.
I don’t hate it, really, I’m just very disappointed by how lazy and manufactured it chooses to be while it clearly has the potential to be better.
