Another season’s done, so all of our contributors once again get to shine a spotlight on the show they thought to be the very best of the past Spring season, as well as reflect back on the season preview to see which shows disappointed the most.

I get the week off as Lifesong and Marlin finish off the remaining shows from Spring. Some deserve another chance, some we’ll be glad to see dead and buried, and The World Is Still Beautiful remains as firmly planted in the middle as it has all season.
OP/ED Op-Eds: The Best of Spring 2014
It’s the end of yet another anime season, so amidst all the final impressions, we also try to choose our favourite anime theme songs of the season. This proved rather exceptionally hard this season, as not one, but two songs were picked by two different people. I had no idea we had such unanimous taste over here. Then again, maybe we just didn’t watch enough anime this season, and that should probably tell you something.
