Major Christopher takes control of the Scarlet Twins and tries to use them to stop Yui and Yuuya. After the dust settles from the final battle, the Shiranui project is finished and changes loom for Argos Test.
Argos and Team Russia split up to restore communications and slow down the BETA from activating Red Shift. Standing in their way is Major Christopher and a squad of TSFs. Back at Anchorage base, the threat of the Red Shift is causing dissension among the terrorist ranks.
While holding off another wave of TSFs, Argos meets up with Inia and the remains of Team Russia. The rebel group reaches Anchorage base and releases the live BETA specimens being held their to cover their tracks, however their actions could have much greater consequences than expected.
Cryska and Cui team up with Argos as the group desperately tries to find an escape route. Allegiances are tested as the group rescues Commander Sandek and new factions lay claim to the attack.

Total Eclipse breaks the Fourth Wall and makes a desperate appeal for viewers. Yes, they even made the Recap episode weird and awkward.
With tensions between the competitors running high, the commanding officers overseeing Blue Flag decide to send everyone on a hike to relieve some stress. The hike leads them to a natural hot springs, where the girls find themselves in competition for Yuuya’s attention.
Yuuya recalls a tragedy from his days before joining Argos. After speaking with Cryska and Natalie, he feels more determined to move forward. En route to celebrating their Blue Flag victory, Cui confronts Yui about her feelings for Yuuya.
Tensions rise as every girl on base not-so-secretly wants to get in Yuuya’s pants. While the harem continues to multiply, Leon and Team America put on a strong Blue Flag outing with their stealth TSFs.
The Blue Flag tournament begins with Argos test flight going up against the Chinese Squad and the Scarlet Twins taking on Europe. While waiting to begin, Yuuya’s old squad mates note how much his new assignment has changed him, not to mention how it’s affected his love life.
Argos Test Flight celebrates their victory and prepares for an upcoming TSF tournament. They encounter the ace of the Chinese test group as well as Yuuya’s old squad mates.
The arrival of Laser Class BETA forces the Soviets to change plans, giving the Zhar battalion an opportunity to rescue Yuuya. Months later, Yui and Yuuya see the fruits of their labor as the Shiranui is ready for production.
Yuuya and Stella try to escape the base with Yui before the Soviets bomb the entire area. With Yuuya’s TSF badly damaged, will they all make it out in time?
The BETA have infiltrated the base but Yui remains determined to carry out her mission. She makes up her mind to stick with her decision, no matter what the cost.
