The parts are broken up as Mr. Taki starts his tough training regimen. While dissent is high among the lackadaisical band members, others like Reina are quickly backing his attempts to whip the band into shape. When Kumiko vents with Shuichi, this unintentionally brings Reina to her attention. With SunFes coming up, the next ensemble is make or break for the band.
YEEEART!! Ninja Slayer makes its Roundup debut, My Love Story gets surprisingly explosive, and both Dogakobo shows fail at their attempts to make us sad.
Ito convinces Yamada and Miyamura to help obtain a club budget from the Student Council. Unfortunately the Student Council President has his own agenda and will only grant their request if they can get Shiraishi to change a major life decision.
The band starts breaking into parts, but not everyone is taking practice seriously. Their new conductor realizes this, and gives them a harsh ultimatum before giving his assistance.
Now that Drive’s secret identity has become public, Shinnosuke is being harassed from all sides. The trouble his superiors are giving the Special Unit, coupled with the mysterious emergence of Roidmude 001 leads him to a shocking revelation. Meanwhile, Kiriko makes a final attempt to bring Chase over to her side, but Heart will not let his comrade leave so easily.
My Love Story!! toys with our pure, innocent hearts, Punch Line makes the shortest appearance in Roundup history, and Mikagura School Suite has us thinking Dogakobo is investing all that Plastic Memories money in the wrong show.
Yamada and Shiraishi’s situation gets more complicated when another student legitimately wants to join The Supernatural Research Club. They have no choice but to try and play along, but can they keep their secret with a new member around?
Kumiko is still agonizing over her reconciliation with Reina. Meanwhile, everyone finally picks their instruments, and the VP is the best character once again. With a new conductor in town, it seems changes will come to the band.
