I’m not going to waste too much time on a show that had A LITERAL CHILD RAPE JOKE IN IT so forgive me if this seems brief. This show lays claim to the isekai parody genre, but does it in all the worst ways anime does parody. Instead of subverting expectations and letting the audience figure out the joke, the character constantly has to chime in how things are wrong and how they should “properly” be. The biggest problem of an isekai parody will always be a tendency to simply become what it claims to lampoon, and for this show that seems to take one episode, as by the end we have the girl land in some boarding school for weirdos fully ready to have generic isekai adventures. Also, and this bears repeating, THEY MAKE A LITERAL CHILD RAPE JOKE. Burn it with fire.
