Finally, the time of preliminary auditions has come, and Takeshi comes out fighting with one of Chopin’s most challenging etudes.

The girls find themselves in the former Imperial Captial, and once again in the thick of a fight between powerful Bests. However their luck may change, as the people of Kyoto treat Moonlight Stones as cursed objects, and they are told a stockpile might be lying somewhere in the area.

Kousei continues to be kinda a jerk. His performance with Nagi rekindles the rivalry in Takeshi’s heart, and an open challenge is given to him for the next big piano competition. Nagi’s performance helps her understand her feelings, and Kousei goes to Kaori to finally make some demands of his own.
After landing a bombshell on him, Kousei is understandably shaken. Badgered by his friends to see her again, he is reminded of his mother. To clear his head, he decides to play with Nagi at her festival.

The smell of hot dogs, the noise of conversation and the occasional person dancing past in a shark costume. That’s right, it’s the half time show! The Glorio Rabble have put their heads together to let you know what’s worth your valuable time, in a world where first episodes are high budget and mid-season turns filler if left out in the sun too long. Want something cool to watch? Pick something from near the top, simple as that.
As we hit the midpoint of the season, all our shows put on their hardhats, grab a lunch pail, and go about their business as usual… well, all the shows except Death Parade, which decides to re-invent itself yet again.
Shizuo brings Akane, a Yakuza’s granddaughter, to Shinra’s house, unbeknownst that Celty has been given orders to retrieve her. Meanwhile, Mikado continues being pushed around by every troll roaming the streets and we learn more about the blonde biker who ‘decapitated’ Celty.

Still suspicious, the police use their last ace in the hole.
