Gundam Build Fighters Try Episode 20
The duel between the two students of the Jigen Haoh school reaches its end. Punches are thrown and gibberish is shouted, all culminating in a roaring conclusion.
The duel between the two students of the Jigen Haoh school reaches its end. Punches are thrown and gibberish is shouted, all culminating in a roaring conclusion.
Sekai’s former classmate of the Jigen Haoh school, Junya, reveals himself to be Team Try Fighter’s next opponent. After years of training in a variety of other martial arts, he’s returned to destroy Sekai…in gunpla battle.
Team SD-R’s stupid looking dragon thing proves to be a formidable opponent. When even Sekai’s ridiculous martial arts antics aren’t enough to win the day, it may be time for Fumina to showcase the Star Winning’s secret weapon…
This week, Team Try Fighters faces Team SD-R, the creepy triplets known for their shrewd tactics and ruthless traps. Presented with an obvious trap that could be easily mitigated by the demonstrated abilities of our heroes, they decide to do the dumbest possible thing anyway.
After Team Try Fighter’s bombastic introduction at the nationals, it’s time for the other teams to strut their stuff. And as we all know, all great Gundams are built on the blood of GMs.
It’s (finally) the beginning of the Nationals. After an eternity of filler and set up, it’s time for Team Try Fighters to show the country what they’re made of.
With Sekai’s evolution as a gunpla fighter proving to be too great of a strain for the Build Burning, Team Try Fighters resolves to improve and upgrade all their gunpla in preparation for their arrival to the national scene. Meanwhile, we get a glimpse at some of the opponents that will stand in their way.
Ral decides to take the kids to the Yajima research lab, where the top tier gunpla battlers train and hone their craft. Are they ready for the next level of competition?
After the big fight, Team Try Fighters take a much needed break. When Sekai’s sister ends up in a fashion model themed gunpla tournament, Yuuma helps her build her own gunpla. But when a handsome jerk with an awesome Turn A shows up though, will her new gunpla hold up?
The regional championship is finally here. Sekai, Fumina, and Yuuma face off against the seemingly indomitable Team G-Master.
The matchups for the semifinals have been decided, and Kauruko’s team faces off against Team G-Master, last year’s regional champions. Even with encouragement from Sekai, can Gyanko and her shields hold up?
Team Try Fighter’s next big opponent is Shimon, a junior boxing champ competing with his younger brother’s snap built gunpla. Despite its shoddiness, Shimon proves to have more than enough skill as a fighter to compensate. Can our heroes bring themselves to beat the man fighting for his brother?
Once again, the Capital Army decides to send some more of their apparently expendable soldiers at the space pirates. This time, Mask forms an all-Kuntala squadron in an attempt to rescue Bellri and avenge Dellensen, despite how apparent it is that the Army is only using Bellri as a justifier for their military actions. Meanwhile, Bellri’s mom attempts to escape from Capital Army surveillance and find her son.
In the next round of the qualifiers, Team Try Fighters is up against Team SRSC, a famed trio who have made it to the nationals in the past. With their team of custom Ez-8s and tactical superiority, they’re a dangerous team. Meanwhile, Fumina reveals the true abilities of the Winning Gundam…
After our heroes have been training and building, it’s time to take their gunpla to the championship qualifiers! For the first time, Sekai gets a chance to show his stuff in front of the larger gunpla community. Just how will these pros react to Sekai’s unorthodox methods?
The pirates have successfully made it into space. However, the Capital Army is hot on their heels, sending Dellensen again, this time in his own Elf Bull. Bellri, determined to pay his debt to Aida, takes off again against the Elf Bull, unaware that his teacher is the one in the pilot’s seat.
Unfortunately, Fumina decides she needs to replace her GM Powered Cardigan, and decides to make a trip to G-Muse, a Gundam museum/park/gunpla store. Needing to understand gunpla and Gundam itself in more depth, Sekai comes along as well to witness the wonderful world of gunpla.
The Capital Army reveals its new mobile suit, the transforming Elf Bull. Piloted by the mysterious Mask that is totally not Luin, they once again attempt to rescue Bellri and take the fight to the pirates. And once again, Bellri decides for some reason that he’s gonna fight with the pirates despite having been ostensibly kidnapped by them. I think it’s because he feels guilty about killing Cahill? I honestly can’t even tell at this point.
With Team Try Fighters officially formed, it’s time for them to get some real practice against other teams. This comes in the form of Kaoruko Sazaki, little sister of Susumu Sazaki and inheritor of the will of the Gyan. Against an experienced fighter, both Sekai and Yuuma are going to need to work out their teamwork kinks.
Returning to the pirate’s base, Bellri meets Aida’s strange crew. Meanwhile, the Capital Army sends a task force led by Dellensen to rescue Bellri and eliminate the pirates. There sure is a lot of kidnapping and counter kidnapping in this show.
